The service

PassportNinja is a free online tool that formats photos to official passport/ID-photo specifications. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

No guarantee of acceptance

We apply published size and composition rules and show you the measurements, but acceptance of a photo is always decided by the issuing authority. Requirements also cover things a tool cannot fully judge (lighting, expression, glasses, headwear, photo age). Check your authority's guidelines before submitting. PassportNinja is not liable for rejected applications, fees or delays.

Fair use

• Only upload photos you have the right to use, of yourself or of people who consent (for children: their parent/guardian).
• No automated bulk use, no attempts to overload the service.
• We may block traffic that threatens the stability or legality of the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassportNinja is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. Files are processed automatically and deleted shortly after; keep your own originals.
