PassportNinja is free: no account, no watermark, no card, and it is not a trial. If you need a bigger batch or a longer window to download your sheet, there is an optional pass, €5 for 30 days or €3 for 24 hours, plus a free monthly boost for anyone who leaves an e-mail address. That is the whole price list.

The free e-mail pass: once a month
Leave your e-mail address below the koop-card and once a month you get a temporary boost, at no cost: 10 photos per batch and 6-hour retention instead of 45 minutes. It renews automatically every month, and one click in the e-mail turns it off.
The paid pass: €5 for 30 days, €3 for 24 hours
One-off payment. No subscription, nothing renews, nothing is charged again. It adds:
- 25 photos per batch instead of 6: enough for a whole family or a class at once
- 5 jobs running at once instead of 3
- Results kept 24 hours instead of 45 minutes

Payment and receipts
Payment is processed by Stripe. The seller is ShinobiTools: we account for the VAT, and you get a confirmation by e-mail after payment. We never see or store your card details. Prices include any VAT that applies to your country. A pass lives in the browser you bought it in: there are no accounts here, and you can get it back with your e-mail if you switch devices.

Is PassportNinja really free?
Yes. Checking your photo against a country's published rules and building the printable sheet both cost nothing: no card, no account, and it is not a time-limited trial. The optional pass only raises how many photos fit in one batch and how long results are kept.
Is there a watermark?
No, never: not on the free tier, the free monthly e-mail pass, or the paid pass. No output on this site carries a watermark.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There are no accounts anywhere on PassportNinja. A paid pass lives in your browser; the only place an e-mail address is used is the free monthly pass and a purchase receipt.
What happens to my photo?
Your upload is deleted the moment processing finishes. The results stay 45 minutes on the free tier, 6 hours with the free monthly e-mail pass, and 24 hours with a paid pass. No face images or face templates are stored, on any tier. See the Privacy Policy.
What is the free e-mail pass?

What happens after the 24 hours or 30 days run out?
